Worka Labs sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing or downloading the product, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

2.3 Significant Product Defects

If the product is significantly different from its description or contains substantial defects that prevent its intended use.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Access to the digital product will be revoked

For digital content, you have the right to a refund if the content is faulty. This right applies for 30 days from purchase, provided you haven't confirmed the content is satisfactory after examining it.
